Methods of Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards, cheques, bank transfers and cash. Credit and Debit card payments can be made in person or by phone. Cheques can be sent in by post.
Prices on our website are monitored and updated regularly to try to ensure they are current. Should the price of an item you have ordered changed since the last update, we will contact you before progressing your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices and specifications at any time without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
Price Promise (within the UK) – if within 14 days of the date of purchase, you find exactly the same item (identical brand and specification) cheaper and in stock elsewhere, we will refund the difference in price subject to the following conditions.
- The competitor’s product must be brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms.
- We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position.
- We will only match the price of the product; not delivery charges or other services.

We endeavour to use photographs of the actual items in stock throughout this website, and together with descriptions are for guidance only.
When manufacturers change their products we cannot always update the descriptions used on this site immediately. However, should there be a major change to any product specification we undertake to inform customers before honouring any orders.
We offer a seven-day approval period.
*If within 7 days you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, simply return it/them in as new condition with labels attached and all packaging intact and we will either:-
- Exchange it, or
- Help you select an alternative item, or
- Give you a full refund
The following items are excluded from our seven day approval period and returns policy:-
- Custom made instruments and items
- Special order instruments and items
- Unrestored and “sold as seen” instruments and items
- Instruments and items belonging to private individuals which are being sold by us on their behalf
We will only give refunds under the terms of the seven-day approval period as detailed above*.
We undertake to ensure your personal details remain confidential and are not disclosed to anyone else.
